Comments:
Kind of a long, rough day at work - just tired, overall - quite a bit of malaise. No caffeine. Finshed up 2hrs later today to make up hrs for NYD. Grocery shopped, then got home. Was sitting around, feeling bad for myself 'til I read about Johanna Olson, then I snapped out of it, did some "convict", then ran an easy run on the ol' loop. Felt pretty good...
