trotten there - no brace - no feeling. 10X15 inclined sit ups, 5 X 15 torso bend, leg exercises, side bend 3 X15, lat pull doewn 6 X 15 vary wt, hamstring lie down 5 X 15 alternates with and without strap, sit hamstrings, 5 X 15, ab machine 5 X 15 with and without brace - trotted to trailer no brace.
