Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Heading back to school tonight, so I got my run in this morning. From home out to Hickory. Pretty old school run havnt done that one in a while. Felt pretty good today, toes a little sore but I felt strong. Weather was beautiful also. Sun out and not cold at all. Hills were tough though. Good thing I got them in over break since its back to the flat lands and the roads of Cleveland and Shaker Hts now.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, abs
Ended right at home and stretched while watching Fresh Prince. Good stretch out. Sad to leave... I felt like I got a good fountation over break. I dont feel like I am in very good shape at all, but with practice, I am ready to get there. With a busy semester, I wont be back here until after graduation too... puts things into perspective. I think I am ready to do some work this semester though and keep moving forward.
