Comments:
Ran after work, easy-ish. Figured it's time to up the mileage a bit.
Focused on OPENING: getting the damn pelvis to open, on both legs, and forward engage. Turnover felt good, and pace was solid sub-7. Good to feel "good" at this pace, again.
