Comments:
Ran courtland again with Chris in the afternoon when he got back to the house. Good pace the whole time. Felt pretty smooth. Toes a little sore but I kept up. Good run in cool weather. Talked about the upcoming track season. Its almost go time.
Did 3 striders on the road when we got back, and those felt good too.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Standard stretch as well while watching the game on my new TV! Excited for track meeting tonight. Good to see everyone, and we are gonna get the scoop on the season and practice. Get pumped up!
