Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was planning on going with the 9 / 10 mile group, and then stopped with Mr. Dong when he succumbed to a nasty roll of his ankle. I then was able to catch up with Peter who was alone since he had also stopped, so I ran with him which worked out well. At least he was not alone.

I felt fantastic. Especially on the last part, which we were at about 6:00 pace, altho it is not a blazing pace, but nonetheless..perhaps it means I would be capable of completing a tempo run for instance. Maybe I can start running workouts earlier than I had thought. Hmmm.


Lifted with Steve (my poor unbuilt arms), did abs, then played basketball, then got pizza. Real tired.
