Comments:
Felt pretty sore waking up this morning, but by the time my run came around in the afternoon, I was pretty well loosened up. That twinge in the side of my leg wasn't really noticeable today, so I should be good to go for the workout tomorrow. Also, saw a bear-dog today. Kind of cool.
