Comments:
Was beginning to wonder how long it would take to get back to being at least close to where I left off before getting injured. Every workout before today was slower than I wanted and also much harder effort.

After running 8 this morning, decided to attempt my first double and ran a 5-mile steady state w/ Zeke expecting a 6:10 pace. Instead:

6:07, 5:52, 5:51, 5:46, 5:22

I'll take it.
