I asked Coach if I could do the workout with everyone today because I wanted to get an idea of where I am shape-wise; before trying to finalize a training plan for the spring...especially because i think i may be underestimating my shape.

I did 6 of the 8 300m hills, which were difficult, but I did not feel too bad, especially for the first few. Then to the track for a two mile tempo. I waited for Wyatt, and we went 11:25 for two miles, splitting 5:43 and 5:42. This felt absolutely fantastic, even though it was only two miles, I felt extremely relaxed. I was quite happy about this. We shall see..

Stretch, roll, abs, push-ups.
