Switched to my Saucony Ride 3s to see if that would make any difference. I had some minimal shin pain, but nothing that help me up. Been doing a lot of icing since Saturday's run - was scheduled to go 9 on this run but shortened it up just to give my legs a break. Last mile was 7:19 - was feeling pretty good by the end. Hopefully these pains I'm having are just related to adding mileage.
