Indoor Track-

I've been wanted to do a run on the indoor track for some time now so I can check my pace and see how I'm really doing instead of lumbering around all bundled up outside going who knows how slow. With today likely being the coldest day of the winter (we were hovering right around 0 F all day with wind chills around -20 ), today seemed like a good choice.

I started off in lane 1 for the first three miles because of the UW team practicing in the outer lanes (like two people) and then had to move out to lane 5 for the rest of it so I just took the pace from the first 3 miles, and ran until three times that time and finished the lap I was on. My knee was bothering me and I'm not sure if it was from the pace (6:55 through 3 miles) or the turns but it never got too bad.
