Exercise Type: Swim

Did a quick swim this morning. It is super freakin cold out today in the single digits. The pool was chilly too... Talked to Jess before letting her know about my ankle. It's still pretty swollen, but we know how to deal with it. Swimming was pretty good. Ankle and hammy sore here and there, but overall it was nice to get back into it. Three breaths felt easy.
Back up to do a little stretching out, abs and ice my parts. Feeling a little better about things. I would like the routine to get worked into more. With the van, the heater, and my ankle, I feel thrown off. Not gonna race this weekend, but I'm excited about Cmu dual.
