cardio room + HM

went back to the cardio room after class to do a little more. I got downstairs to get tapped up first to add some compression to my ankle. Swelling has gone down a little bit, but it is still pretty tender. Gonna need at least a day or two more. I just biked a little to get some cardio and to warm up for the HM. It was extremely boring actually. More than usual. ESPN was talking about this story from like 10 years ago for 20 straight minutes... wtf. Felt ok on the bike though.

Went down to do HM afterward, and it was kinda tough. Hammy was tight for straight leg things and I wasnt too good at landing on my ankle, so I cut it short to just 3 reps each time. This has got to take some time.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hammies, pushups, Ice and STEM

Good stretch after, then the oldies. I got some STEM on my ankle after to get that swelling down. More in the next few days. Feeling a little better about things. The van go towed and our heater is kinda back on. Also got an invite from GT, so I am pretty pumped about that. Its gonna be a pretty crazy spring break!
