Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did the same crossfit as last week. This week felt more comfortable about it. Ankle was a little sore on the rockback. We went thorugh it at a good pace though. Coach got us a new set where we get to choose a cross fit. I think I am going to like that.

Goblet Squat x 15
Inverse Row x15
DB military Press x15
Med ball pushups x10each
Roll backs med ball w/ box jump x8
