Comments:
Having warmed up well, I set out to do a tempo run, but this wasn't quite there, even though I consciously pushed the pace; it did not feel particularly good. I finished with eight up hill striders, planks, leg lifts, clams and 100 (total) pushups. Tomorrow I will go to the track.
