Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I've taken most of the week off, but the pain returned when I ran on it yesterday. The pain stopped 15 min into running, but the next morning, I could hardly walk.
This could not have happened at a worse time. Just as the weather is supposed to warm up next week and I'm in the middle of my exams -- when I need running to take my mind off my studying.
