Comments:
After not running this morning, and then this afternoon, and then before dinner...I ran at 9! Kinda snowing again but other than my stomach which was upset, the run was good. I like night runs.

I decided to no go far to just keep this week's mileage consistent with last weeks, since I am jumping up next week.
