Comments:
Ran solo from the house this morning. Pretty tired and legs were sore after yesterday. Took a while to get my legs going. Ankle felt good, but hammy was kinda tight, but ok. It was windy and cold today wind with me on the way out, but I was fighting it back. Felt like I was in a better pace back, but going out shaker was so slow and sluggish... Urgh. It was nice to get back in the warmth when I got back though. Its nice to run in the mornings.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankle band, abs

Good stretch, getting it in and stretching that hammy out. Maybe I can stop by and get the ice bath, but I think I want to get it tomorrow. Also gonna have tot est out my spikes out tomorrow. Run was a little shorter than 8, so I was a bit slower than reported...
