Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took tuesday off, and then last night when i wanted to go run it was going to be way too cold a couple hours later when i would have finished. as it was it was -6 w/ a wind chill of -27 when I went home....if i'd waited longer it would have been dangerous to walk to the bus. anyway, short workout today: 16, 14, 10, 8. felt pretty crappy, but that's okay. don't really expect to feel good right now.
