Fun bike, got it out of the way before the team meeting since I figured it wouldn't be fun after. did an easier version of wednesday's workout, where I cut down the on times, raised the rest, and did the hard parts on level 8 instead of 10.

Got cranking at the end so I could get my heart rate up, was pumped to get it to 200.
