Work work work all day so we took a run break in the afternoon. It was kinda relaxing actually to chill at home and work on stuff. Is that nerdy? Anyways me David and Chris went out Meadowbrook to Warrensville then back NP. Good run good pace fittin in the mileage. We are doing long tomorrow so today was just a shake out nice run in the beautiful winter weather.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankle band, pushups

Good essentials. Ankles feeling good after yesterday and I am not too sore.
