Comments:
I went up to a treadmill before the meet started to do my run and was feeling pretty good, until I got an awful cramp, and usually stiches don't bother me ..but i actually stopped. then when i started again it was still there so i just went until 7 because by that point i was about to run out of time to get downstairs. i was aiming for 9. oh well, bummer.
