Comments:
Crunched for time today, so I just went and swam. It was nice though got a great workout in. Havnt swam in a while... I was winded at the end and my shoulders were sore from the lift earlier.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, abs
Real quick stretch in the locker room cause I wanted to hit up that Grab-It jont. They was all out though so I went in the middle of class (Thug Life). Legs feel good though. Got to get in that workout tomorrow morning. Im excited to get to the racing this week. Legs feel good not running today.
