Comments:
Had to do the workout this morning, since I have lab this afternoon. Sergio and I met up and did the whole thing on our own. It went well we had the whole track to ourselves which was really nice. Warmed up outside to northside and back, good stuff. My Achilles was a little sore after yesterday (no idea why) and sore on the warm up.
Stripped down and did drills in before getting into the workout. I took off the big brace and put on the smaller one and it felt pretty good. Workout was 1200 at 5k (400 recovery) 2x800 at sub 5k (400 recovery) 6x400 at 3k (200 recovery). We started out too slow on the 1200, but settled in nicely on the shorter stuff. We cut down the 400s a lot and ran pretty strong and smooth. A good feeling workout. Times were:

Back outside for the cooldown. It was sunny and pretty out at that time. When we got back, I went down and did the lift. Weight room is a lot less busy at that time of the day.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hammies, abs, ice
Good essentials, feeling tired though. Ankle and bottom of calf a little sore though at the end of the workout. Probs gonna have to run really early with Chris tomorrow since we are gonna grade in the afternoon.
