Comments:
8x200m at American University with a 200m jog in between and eight striders, planks and leg lifts. I felt slow, unfit and thought I looked rather ridiculous trying to sprint the 200s. Yet Anthony's rhetorical inquiry preceded by a high five, "Would you have been able to do this workout a year ago?" took me out of my post workout sulkiness. I've recognized I often spend so much mental energy on thinking about how poorly I'm doing workout "x" even though that could be spent trying to do it better. In the supine plank leg lifts, I've lately realized that my left leg is MUCH WEAKER than my right--I can hardly keep good form. I fear the ramifications of this and have resolved to ask Peter about it.
