Comments:
Early morning run with Chris and Ethan. Wasnt that bad actually. I was tired when I woke up but we rolled into it. Felt really good today, but we went kinda slow. Out on NP and came back Shaker. Good stuff.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankles
Good stretch too. I might run tomorrow morning to shake out before the meet.
