Comments:
It is time to get back in the swing of things with doing workouts. Ran to the cemetery where I met up with D. Carter. We did 6 x 300ish hills and then ran to MLK for a tempo. Ran 4 for the tempo. Not as even as I would have liked, will do that next week. BUT, felt pretty decent on the hills, and before the lopsided pacing affected me, good on the tempo as well.

I was happy with it went overall, also happy with the mileage. I need to do this high mileage more often for workout days.
