Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down to Veale and then did 5 at a more brisk pace on the treadmill which felt good.
Then I did 6 x 200 on/off, shooting for a 5K race pace of 37s. In no way was it a workout, but I need to get the feel back for this pace before I race. I hit all 37s, most without looking at the watch, so I was happy with how I was able to feel it out. I'm ready to be a GCC (Greater-Cleveland Champion).
