The Serf out the SW Bike path to just past the bridge and back (with JT)-

JT told me yesterday he was looking to go for a run again, so I joined him, glad to not be running alone for once. My stomach and knee both felt unsurprisingly much better when I wasn't running alone. Most notably, I'm not in very good shape as 7:16 pace felt more difficult than it should have even though we were running in about an inch of snow.
