Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was considering subjecting myself to one of the most horrible evils any mortal man could imagine--cross training (DUN DAH DUM)--but I just went on a run anyways. Providence! My back didn't bother me at all, but strangely, my left calf felt tight, thus I was told not to do striders. Plank day. I suppose I'm ready for the meet tomorrow.
