Comments:
Warmed up with Chris on the track then we did the whole HM. 4 of the walk overs then 3 of the jog overs, spaced 15 ft apart or whatever. The jogs were kinda tough ut we got into it. Legs kinda sore from yesterday, but feel much better after the stretch out
