Hills + Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile warm-up with CKells and Steve. Then, I ran 7 x 350 up Mayfield Hill at a moderate effort. I recovered over to MLK and then did a 4 mile tempo. HR was 164 when I finished. My legs felt it during the tempo, but I was already at 8 miles on the day when I started the tempo portion. SO..I was not too concerned about that. I was real happy with my HR though. Splits were:

Overall great workout. Stretch, roll, glutes, abs, push-ups.
