Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran 6 this morning. My foot was sore in the same way that it was yesterday...and then i decided to speed up a bit. I found after speeding up that the faster I went...the less it bothered me. hmm. And the less I wear orthotics the less it hurts...hmm.. This is seemingly turning into quite the running paradox. Anyway, today was encouraging, I will lift later.
