Decided for the second day in a row that I am not going to run. Today I am going to just do some core work at my house. Push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc. I have to run tomorrow. I want to up my training from last summer, but at the same time, why fix something that already works. It is a small predicament. I've never started training this early so I dont want to burn myself out before the season comes around. I've never been a high mileage runner.
