Eastside Crossover

Comments:
It has been a while since I did a regular old eastside crossover. Had just enough time after getting out of an unscheduled Processing Lab... I felt rushed so I flew out the door and ran alone. It took me a while to cool down. In the end it was an ok run, short. The weather was starting to get bad as I was coming back, and I was getting super cold and couldnt see much. That sucked. I am glad I got a couple miles in today.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

Real light on the essentials because I had to get to Tau Beta Pi meeting. Legs feel tired at the end of the day, mostly because I had a long day though.
