Biked for about 50 minutes, and went pretty easy because I just wanted to move my legs and allow my ankle to move; something that has been quite painful to do. Biking was not as boring as normal however thanks to netflix and my new obsession watching the walking dead; the same show I made fun of my brother for watching. Hippocrit.

Stretch, abs, push-ups, hips.

Hopefully I can try to jog tomorrow maybe.
