Comments:
Ran up to coventry on euclid heights with David and Aaron testing out my achilles. I definitely had to favor it during the first mile but once I loosened up things were better. It was sore, but did not get worse, so I carefully finished the 4 miles. As long as it seems to keep getting better I'll run on it but I would like to to get better enough for me to keep actually training which right now it is not, I don't think I can run fast on it.
