Cold, Achilles, or Legs?

Comments:
Ran 9 up north park up to cortland and then back some on south park. Once again the achilles loosened once I started and felt better than yesterday but still hurt; and still would not permit quicker running. However, eventually I had trouble distinguishing whether the cold, my legs being tired, or my Achilles was making the run difficult...so maybe it hurt even less than I thought it did. I don't think I had a favored stride though so that was good.

Stretch, roll, ice, and some core work with Emil.
