The Shell to the capital and back (alone), The Shell to Regent to Park to S. Shore to Lakeside to John Nolen back to the bike path back to the Shell (with Running Club, ran with Stephen)-

I ran four miles by myself before heading to the Running Club for five more. I ran with a guy named Stephen, who was by far the fastest other guy there. It was nice to have someone to run with.
