Comments:
Cross training day four. This was the hardest bike ride yet. I did a few "sprints" for 1:30 and then cooled down for 3:00. I did similar processes for 0:45 seconds. Earlier today, after stretching for 20 minutes, I tried to run and felt normal for the first 200m or so, but then it was right back to where it had been.
