Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Did the regular stationary bike. Chiro advised me to stay off of recumbent. Felt pretty good, some pain, but not major and no numbness really. Lots of swelling though during and on cooldown walks on track. I couldn't bend my leg all the way backwards when stretching.
Also did some weight sets and bozu exercises with Andy... date night at the gym whoo hoo!!!
