Comments:
Tired this morning. Felt real sluggish and slow in the beginning. WE picked it up along the way as usual though. Legs feeling a little fatigued near the end. Calves kinda sore from yesterday as well. Weather was pretty nice today this morning.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankle band
Legs feeling a little better after stretching and rolling out. Yesterday was a good tough workout on my legs though.
