This was just pathetic. I staggered through the warm up lap feeling optimistic after Veronica cleared me to run, but of course it started hurting exactly as it had a week ago. I did part of the Peter Silvermann workout. This is unbelievable. I feel completely useless and unfit and am probably going to have to go to a doctor who tells me I (God forbid) can't run for four weeks.
