Comments:
11:00 start. Felt like a good day. I was a little dehydrated from the previous nights beer consumption. I started faster than ever. I was pacing behind one of heards friends. I managed to stay with him almost to the two mile mark. We were running at a 7:05 pace. I was so dry at that point I actually stopped and walked with a glass of water. I kicked it back in but couldnt hang on and walked again. I managed to come in under 24 minutes with a nice final kick. Overall I was pleased with the run. Oh by the way the gut I was following was 70 years old and finished in 22 minutes
