Memorial Park: one loop plus brown and lime green trail lasso

6:05 PM. Sleep: 6 hr. Another day downtown, another Memorial Park workout, decided to hit the bike trails today, been awhile since I did legit trail running, backtracked on the loop for a pit stop, stretch, core & pushups.
