My knee was doing well, I did play basketball earlier in the day and was pretty tired by the time I started running which was close to 5pm. 2 repeats was all I wanted to handle after the pace I chose for the first. I really just wanted to see how much strength I have after a long day in a time without much base training at all. If I can run a 6:13 in that loop, I figure I should be able to run something around 5:30 or a little under while fresh and on a track. I really want to work on my speed after a few weeks of building my endurance.
