Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I went to the meet at Potomac, did a steady run, helped out with the high jump, watched the mile and went home; at this point I did two minutes of the Peter Silverman squat-pushup progression, 60 supermen, 200 crunches, and a 3-minute plank. During the run my "injury" only bothered me a little bit, but I did have to stop and stretch. It was reduced to a dull ache at worst.
