Comments:
I ran as long as I could time wise without being late to the class I had to teacher at 1. Should have gotten up a tad bit earlier...which also means I should have gone to bed a bit earlier...which means I should not have gone out dancing. But dancing is legit, I do not regret this decision.

Stretch (too quick), roll (too quick), no time for essentials :( (how my abs feel...sad)
