Keeping Tempo

Comments:
Went down to PHS again. This time 6x1000m tempo w/ 1' rest between. A little rough today, had to add on an extra 15 seconds rest for the last three, but I was around 3:33 for each rep. Kind of windy, and feeling kind of sick, but solid work. Followed up with lift/abs/stretch. Definitely felt the lift too.
