10x200...200 on 200 off. the off was at about normal distance run pace. The on was fast but not hard. didn't time it. ran on the outdoor track...someone plowed it, but just basically plowed a huge swatch down the track...not much of lane 1 was uncovered so timing would have been useless anyway.
